Here's a photo of U.S. Senator David I. Walsh, the first senator from Massachusetts and one of the first Catholics to serve in the U.S. Senate. He was born and raised in Clinton, Mass. I don't know who the bishop or cardinal at left is, however. The picture is signed at lower left: "Very sincerely, David I. Walsh"
