;void(0)) This is the document that conveyed title from our family to the SIG Realty Trust. This trust was controlled by George Lohrer. Mr. Lohrer decided to demolish the farmhouse, built in 1839, along with all of the buildings, in 1999. This was a sad day, not only for our family, but for the entire town of Berlin.
